Authors who wish to enter the manuscript should pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not comply with the terms already listed, it is possible that the text will be returned.

1. Submissions have not been published previously, or are under consideration by other journals (or an explanation has not been provided in comments to editors).
2. Script files in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file formats.
3. When available, URLs for reference have been provided.
4. Text 1 space; font 12; italic; not underlined (except the URL address); and all the illustrations, figures, and tables placed in the text at the right point, not at the end.
5. Text that complies with the requirements regarding libraries and language styles is outlined in the Author Guidelines, which will be found on the About About page.
6. If acceptance for the peer-reviewed portion of the journal, the instructions are found in Ensuring an Anonymous Reviewer has been followed.
