Abstract
Analysis of Human Resource Needs Using the Learning Curve Model at PT Perdana Sekawan Perkasa Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of human resources using the Learning Curve model at PT Perdana Sekawan Perkasa Banjarmasin, identify the characteristics of LC in the work process, and formulate a strategy for the utilization of LC at PT Perdana Sekawan Perkasa Banjarmasin.
The research population is all positions/positions (10 positions) with census techniques. The research method uses quantitative descriptive through observation of working time and a questionnaire on the Likert scale of 1–4. LC analysis uses the Wright Model (logs) and is associated with optimization indicators such as productivity time per unit and work utilization.
The results showed that the learning effect was not evenly formed in all positions. Some activities show moderate to strong LC (b negative) so that the time per unit decreases, while other activities are weak/unformed (b near zero/positive) due to workload fluctuations, variations in task complexity, system disruptions, and double tasks that hinder consistent repetition. Workload imbalances between positions also still occur.
In conclusion, LC is effective for routine, repetitive, homogeneous, and measurable activities, but employee optimization cannot be generalized to the entire job desk because it is affected by workload distribution and process stability
